35% deposit - $980

This non-refundable deposit reserves your spot in the design queue, and is due at the time of booking

15% Pre-Project Payment - $420

Due on the Thursday before your design start date

50% Final Payment - $1400

I’m Maggie, brand strategist and founder of kittyShark.

I may not be able to handstand in the middle of the room just yet, but I’ve got this branding thing down pat. 

I’ve been doing brand work for the last decade, and I’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to create a successful brand identity.

How involved will I be in the process?

Prior to your design date, you’ll be responsible for completing your Brand Discovery Workbook. We’ll also have (2) 60-minute strategy calls.

During your design time frame you’ll be responsible for responding to design concepts and drafts, providing feedback, edits, and approvals. You’ll usually need to provide feedback within 24-48 hours to keep our project on track.

Yikes, I just don’t think I can spend that right now! Is there another payment plan?

I get it! Investing in our businesses can be scary when it’s a big chunk of change.

For clients that book up to 6 months in advance I can offer a custom solution to spread out the cost over that time. You can also spread out the standard payments by booking early.

Do you offer refunds?

Your 35% deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot in my design queue, this means no one else can book those specific dates. If you choose to cancel prior to your start date, you will not be charged the remainder of your contract. If you cancel within 5 days of booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Due to the nature of design work, I cannot provide a refund for services already rendered. I work hard to provide the best service possible and it is my highest priority to create designs that work for your business.

How long will my project take?

8 to 10 weeks from the start of your design period. I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. I take on a very limited number of brand projects per year so booking early is the best way to make sure that your new brand is ready when you are.
